The successful candidate will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, foster a collaborative school environment, and build strong relationships across the community. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: ? Valid New York State SBL, SDL, or equivalent certification ? Trained Lead Evaluator ? Familiarity with research-based pedagogical practices ? Familiarity with PBIS, character education, and restorative practices ? The ability to maintain a positive school climate ? The ability to proactively build relationships with students and families ? Strong strategic planning skills ? The ability to lead change ?
