Essential Duties:Provide instructional support to students individually and in small groups, reinforcing lessons and helping students stay engaged and on task.Assist the teachers with classroom management, preparation of materials, and implementing instructional activities that support student learning.Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs by modeling positive behaviors, encouraging appropriate interactions, and helping maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
