CAIRO-DURHAM CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICTOpeningSchool PsychologistDate: January 2, 2025Position Title: School PsychologistPosition Status: 1.0 FTEReports to: Danielle Czech, Director of Pupil Personnel Services The Cairo Durham Central School District is soliciting applications for a full-time school psychologist for 2024-2025 school year. The School Psychologist will provide psychological services to students, including assessment, counseling, and consultation with teachers, parents, and administrators. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to support students' academic, emotional, and social growth. Key responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results.Provide individual and group counseling to students.Develop and implement intervention strategies.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ educational and emotional needs.Maintain detailed and accurate records of services provided.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
