Located in the Capital District of upstate New York, Cohoes City School District is a small city school district with a total enrollment of over 2,000 students. We will consider making a full-time Interdisciplinary Assignment (1.0 FTE) combining the .6 FTE Spanish teacher with EITHER a (.4FTE) Teaching Assistant or ESL Teaching assignment). The incumbent in this assignment, if they work full-time and work at least 40% in each tenure area, shall accrue seniority and time towards probationary appointment in each area. This position is in our Cohoes Teachers Association contract and comes with health and related benefits.
