Custodian/GroundskeeperRequired knowledge, skills and abilities: Good knowledge of building cleaning and grounds maintenance practices, supplies and equipment. Ability to use said supplies and equipment safely, economically and efficiently. Some knowledge of small engine maintenance, plumbing, electricity and carpentry. Ability to understand & follow simple oral and written directions.
