The Cobleskill-Richmondville School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Music Teacher to teach intermediate general music classes and lead and develop our beginning band program. This is a full time, ten month, tenure track position located at Radez Elementary School. New York State Teaching Certification, Music required. Salary as per CRTA contract.The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for music education, the ability to inspire young musicians, and a commitment to building a strong, inclusive band program that supports students at all levels of experience. Duties may include but are not limited to:Teaching elementary general music classes Providing band instruction to beginning students Delivering high-quality, standards-based lessons in instrumental musicOrganizing and conducting band rehearsals, performances, and concerts throughout the school yearCollaborating with classroom teachers, music colleagues, and building administrators to support student learning and scheduling
