The role focuses on maintaining daily operations, supporting staff, and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders during this transition timeQualifications: Appropriate NYS School District Administrator certificationMinimum of 10 years of administrative experienceKnowledge of Education Law and RegulationsAbility to implement district policy and proceduresAble to oversee daily operations and capital projectsKnowledge of school finance and the school budget processAbility to obtain and interpret data, collaborating with appropriate staff to implement action plans based on district dataStrong communication, trustworthy, reliable, able to hold people accountable, adept at public relations, a self-starterAbility to be on campus at 7:30 amAvailable to students, staff, parents Supervisory Responsibilities:All building administrators, business office, Special EducationAll vendor programs (food service)Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day to day functions of the school districtSupervise and manage all district personnelCollaborate with Business Manager to oversee district spendingResponsible for Federal ReportingBe familiar with district curriculum strengths and challengesCommunicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders using a variety of methodsSupport staff to create a positive learning experience for all studentsDevelop positive relationships with community partnersCollaborate with the Board of Education to develop strategic goals and promote positive relationsProvide strategic leadership with respect and empathyBe present at after-school, evening, and other school events presented by studentsSalary: Commensurate with experienceEffective: September 8, 2025, to June 1, 2026 (tentative)
