Provisional appointments are made to candidates that meet the minimum qualifications, they are required to take the next exam and be reachable on the eligible list to maintain position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from high school or possession of a comparable diploma, and four (4) years of clerical experience, two (2) years of which must have been in payroll work and one (1) year of which must have involved the operation of a computer in the payroll process.
