The Canastota Central School District seeks an outstanding leader for the position of the South Side Elementary School Principal. This ideal candidate must be highly motivated, aspire to academic and professional excellence and have a collaborative leadership style. He or she must be student-centered, demonstrate instructional leadership and have proven success in improving student achievement. Previous administrative experience is preferred. Valid New York State certification as a School Building Leader (SBL) or School District Administrator (SDA) or School Administrators/Supervisor (SAS) required. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
