Minimum Requirements: New York State Certification as a School Counselor Interstate agreements and qualifications of educational personnel will be honored. Terms of Employment: Compensation per CTA contract 10 months unless otherwise specified Performance Responsibilities: Advocate for students at CSE, Parent/Teacher, and MTSS meetings Individual counseling, academic planning and goal setting Classroom lessons Scheduling Maintain student records/progress towards graduation Conduct student mediation Assist students with post-graduate planning Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators and community for student success.
