Job Title: Coach:SportLevelBaseball - Modified CoachIVSoftball - Program CoachIIITrack – Varsity Girls Assistant Coach IIIMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must meet New York State requirements for coaching certification; hold a valid American Red Cross Standard First Aid Certificate.Demonstrate an interest and aptitude for building a successful program in the sport.Not withstanding the minimum requirements as listed, the Board of Education may waive these qualifications if the applicant appears to have the highest overall level of skills and preparation. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary: As established by the negotiated contract with the Camden Teachers AssociationPerformance and job will be evaluated annually by the Administrator for Interscholastic Athletics BASIC FUNCTIONS: To be knowledgeable of needs and regulations concerning the sport.To enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and oversee penalties for breach of such standards in accordance with the District Interscholastic Athletic Policy.To provide leadership, supervision, and organization of the specific athletic activity.To arrange for a systematic recording of inventory, selection, care and maintenance of equipment.To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator for Interscholastic Athletics
