The Head JV Girls Tennis Coach will lead the junior varsity girls tennis program at Byram Hills High School, focusing on developing players’ fundamental skills, understanding of match strategy, and overall love of the game. The coach will emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparation for varsity-level competition.Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, organizing match lineups, providing individualized instruction and feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The coach will collaborate with the varsity staff to align goals and expectations across the tennis program and ensure consistent skill development.Candidates should have a strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategy, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Prior coaching or competitive playing experience is preferred but not required.
