This includes assisting in the development and implementation of training plans for sprinters, distance runners, jumpers, and throwers, depending on the needs of the team. The coach will help run practices, provide individual feedback, and ensure athletes are performing techniques correctly to maximize performance and reduce the risk of injury.Additional responsibilities include assisting with meet preparation and logistics, supervising athletes during practices and competitions, and helping with team organization. The assistant coach will collaborate closely with the head coach to foster a positive and competitive team environment, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required to effectively support the team and athletes in achieving their personal and competitive goals.
