Job Information:The Head Varsity Gymnastics Coach will lead the Byram Hills High School gymnastics program, responsible for planning and implementing practices, developing routines, preparing for competitions, and fostering a supportive and disciplined team culture. The coach will emphasize athlete safety, proper technique, and positive sportsmanship.Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the program, communicating regularly with student-athletes and families, and ensuring compliance with school, Section One, and NYSPHSAA regulations. The coach will also work closely with the athletic department staff to monitor athlete wellness.Candidates should have significant experience in competitive gymnastics, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering confidence and growth in student-athletes. Prior coaching experience is preferred.
