Job Information:The Head Boys Varsity Lacrosse Coach will lead the varsity program at Byram Hills High School, overseeing all aspects of the team including player development, practice and game planning, and overall program direction. The coach will emphasize sportsmanship, skill development, and competitive excellence while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.This role includes coordinating with the Varsity and JV programs to ensure consistency across all levels, managing assistant coaches, communicating regularly with student-athletes and families, and ensuring compliance with all school and athletic department policies.Candidates should have significant lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the game. Prior experience as a head coach or varsity-level assistant is preferred.
