HEAD JV CHEER COACHJob Information: The Head Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach is responsible for leading and managing the JV cheerleading team during the winter competition season. The coach will develop and implement practice plans focused on preparing the team for competitive cheerleading events, emphasizing proper technique in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and choreography.Key responsibilities include conditioning, teaching advanced cheerleading skills, ensuring safety during all practices and competitions, and promoting a positive and supportive team environment. The coach will coordinate competition schedules, manage team logistics, and ensure athletes are prepared both mentally and physically for competition. Additionally, the coach will maintain communication with school staff and parents, supervise all competitions, and foster sportsmanship and teamwork.Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential for this role to help athletes succeed both on and off the mat.Application Deadline: Nov. 1st, 2024Start Date: Nov 18th, 2024Stipend: $4,238 for the season
