Location: All BT BOCES LocationsSalary: Minimum $150,000+ Commensurate with experience MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES:The Executive Operations Officer will be responsible for managing all non-instructional functions, services, and staff and has responsibility for maintaining operational excellence and fiscal prudence aligned with BOCES mission, vision, and core values. Responsibilities also include creating, refining, and implementing operational policies and procedures, to create the highest level of efficiency possible.This inspired leader will demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships and maintain a collaborative culture across multiple business units and school district communities. As a people and community builder, the candidate must be an effective communicator that empowers others and has a growth mindset always striving for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a visionary role model acting with the utmost integrity and ethics in service to the public school system. All BOCES leaders are expected to assume additional responsibilities when assigned. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:NYS Certification in School District Administration (SDL, SDA, SDBL) with two (2) years related supervisory experience in business administration, including fiscal management experience, budget development and control; ORMaster’s degree or higher in business administration, public administration, operations management, or closely related field and 2 years of related supervisory experience in business administration which included budget management, personnel management, organizational change management, or strategic planning; ORBachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, public administration, operations management, or closely related field and 4 years of related supervisory experience as listed above.In-depth knowledge of the operations of a BOCES system is strongly preferred.Apply on OLAS
