Key responsibilities: Communication and collaboration with administrators, teachers, related service providers and support staff members. Provide school based counseling services to students, both individually and in a group. Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention for students experiencing an emotional or behavioral cris i s. Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community agencies to connect families with appropriate resources and supports. Ensure compliance with special education regulations, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards of practice.
