The Bay Shore Union Free School District , an equal opportunity employer, is seeking exceptional candidates for an ENL/ELA teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate will be responsible for exclusively delivering English instruction to entering and emerging ENL students in our sheltered program. The program goals include: developing English literacy, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting students’ linguistic and cultural growth. All exceptional candidates MUST be NYS certified in English (7-12) and ENL to qualify for this position, as both certifications are necessary to ensure compliance with NYS mandates.
