Teacher Resident Opportunity for Education Graduate StudentsBronxville Middle/High SchoolBronxville, New York Job Description:Bronxville offers paid internship positions for the 2025-2026 school year to graduate students pursuing a Master of Education Degree (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, English, History, Physical Education, Music, & Art) at a local college or university. Bronxville’s Teacher Resident program is an excellent opportunity for graduate students to gain experience while working alongside experienced mentor teachers in a high-performing school district. Our Teacher Residents are exposed to cutting-edge curriculum, modern instructional practices, technology-infused classroom setups, and state-of-the-art instructional technology. In addition, this internship provides opportunities to be part of department-level and school-wide planning teams and provides access to regular professional development. Teacher residents are assigned to collaborative department-level teams and can actively participate in their team planning process. Teacher Residents gain invaluable experience through substitute teaching in grades 7-12. Such building coverage is on an as-needed basis. Qualifications: Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master of Education program or a program leading to teacher certification. At this time, we are only seeking Secondary (Grades 7-12 or K-12) candidates.
