BRENTWOOD UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT BRENTWOOD, NY 11717 The Brentwood Union Free School District, New York’s largest suburban school district, announces the following vacancy for an articulate, analytical, dedicated, progressive, and creative educational leader: School Psychologists Responsibilities: Completes a battery of psychological testing Writes reports for the purpose of presenting the test results which include, i.e. relevant background, test scores, interpretation of results and recommendations. Must meet New York State and Federal regulations Responsible for interpreting the results of the tests and sharing results with the parents Attends CSE/CPSE meetings Must maintain a counseling caseload as mandated by CSE/CPSE Responsible for maintaining an active role as a member of the Building & Crisis Intervention team Must be able to carry out Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and in writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
