Job Summary: The Coordinator of Funded Programs, Compliance, and Chief Information Officer provides fiscal management for all K-12 grant programs in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This role involves monitoring and implementing the district’s APPR (Annual Professional Performance Review) plan, overseeing the district’s academic intervention services and accountability measures, and managing student-related data collection, reporting, and analysis. Additionally, the Coordinator will supervise the Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Community-Based Organizations (CBO) to ensure compliance with district standards and goals.Reports to the Director of Programs and PoliciesMinimum Requirements: New York State School District Administrator (SDA) certification Minimum of five years of teaching experience Experience working with federal and state grants Proven experience in data management and support Excellent written and oral communication skills Page 2Coordinator of Funded Programs, Compliance and Chief Information Officer ?(11 Month Position) Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and grant applications for federal, state, and private funding sources. Provide fiscal oversight and management of formula grant budgets. Authorize expenditures in alignment with federal and state guidelines. Ensure district compliance with Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Manage district contracts with Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) providers, including overseeing and supporting UPK CBO centers. Provide training and resources for staff on funded programs, best practices, and compliance requirements.Engage with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to promote understanding and support for funded programs.Coordinate the administration of the annual Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) survey. Maintain and perform database management of the student information system. Generate reports and spreadsheets as requested for various district needs.
