The ideal candidate will be innovative, dynamic, and committed to preparing students for successful careers in various business fields.Qualifications:Must hold NYS Business Certification Preferred Qualifications:Successful teaching experienceMaster of Business AdministrationExperience with DECA Responsibilities:Inspire students by teaching dynamic topics such as marketing principles, business operations, and financial literacy, empowering them to become future entrepreneurs.Enhance students' understanding and practical knowledge of real-world business practices.Engage students with exciting subjects like economics, resume writing, business career exploration, account management, technology in business, the stock market, accounting, and finance.Design innovative and hands-on projects that bring business concepts to life and spark students' interest.Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the business world to provide up-to-date and relevant instruction.Develop creative and culturally relevant lesson plans that connect business concepts to students' lives and communities.Utilize a variety of curriculum resources to create a rich and inclusive learning environment.Integrate clear competencies, goals, and objectives into engaging and student-centered lesson plans.Use curricula that honor and reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of our student body.Develop motivational strategies to keep students excited and engaged in learning.Build strong professional relationships with other educators, local businesses, and community programs to enhance learning opportunities.Leverage public library resources to support student learning and career exploration.
