Elementary Teacher (Grade 3) - May 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Elementary School teacher to join our community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of child development. They will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver effective, standards-based instruction that meets the needs of all learners.Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needsCreate and maintain a positive and supportive classroom culture that fosters student engagement, collaboration, and learningCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and developmentWork collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategiesParticipate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practicesWe seek culturally responsive individuals who foster a love of learning and inspire students to attain the highest level of success.
