This position is essential for ensuring a safe, orderly, and positive school environment. Responsibilities include supervising students in common areas, assisting staff with daily operations, and promoting respectful and responsible behavior in accordance with district policies.Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Supervise students in hallways, classrooms, cafeterias, recess, and other common areas.Monitor student conduct and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.Report student behavior concerns, safety hazards, and incidents to appropriate staff and administrators.Assist with arrival, dismissal, and bus transitions as needed.Provide general support to staff and students to promote a positive school climate.
