Job Description:General Statement of DutiesMay include but are not limited to:Follow assigned schedule: Support provided may be in the classroom, or in other areas of the school day program, as assigned.Familiarity with assigned student(s) Individualized Education Plans.Behavior Plan Implementation and progress monitoring.Attend all required training and team meetings.Planning with teachers & related service providers to ensure support provided to students are consistent with IEP and overall strategies in place.Assisting with student achievement and successful engagement in all aspects of their Educational Program.Supporting student’s ability to engage in the learning process and display behaviors which foster success.Qualifications:Certified NYS Teaching Assistant.Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.Apply on OLAS
