Ideal Qualifications of a Candidate: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or and/or Master of Fine Arts (MFA) Extensive knowledge of art history Experience teaching a variety of high school Visual Arts courses, including upper-level (AP Art and Design Portfolio and University in the High School (UHS)-level), preferred; Computer graphics a plus Ability to work productively and collaboratively with the faculty, students, and parents The Briarcliff Manor School District has embarked on a journey to foster a more inclusive and equitable organization.
