Working knowledge of procedures and practices of grounds maintenance work, and able to perform routine work in the maintenance of school district grounds. Ability to make minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs and perform routine maintenance tasks. Good knowledge of cleaning practices and ability to perform routine custodial tasks. Willingness to work outside during inclement weather; thoroughness; dependability; physical condition to commensurate with the demands of the position. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and carry out directions.
