The Briarcliff Manor UFSD is seeking an experienced candidate for a 1.0 FTE probationary position at Todd Elementary School for a First Grade Special Education class. The start date of this anticipated vacancy is September 1, 2022.A highly qualified candidate should demonstrate:knowledge and understanding of the implementation of IEP/504 skills, strategies, and goals;successful elementary inclusive/collaborative classroom teaching experience; anda proven track record of successful partnerships with families, faculty, and support staff;PAF/Fundation training is a plus. A NYS Teaching Certification-Childhood 1-6 and Students with Disabilities (SWD) Birth-Kindergarten and Grades 1-6 are required.
