Ballston Spa Central School District has a vacancy for a 12:1:1 K-2 Special Education Teacher for the summer ESY Program. Experience working in a special class for students with multiple disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. Confidence and expertise employing various techniques and methods of instruction to meet individual needs; ability to work collaboratively with related service providers; and effectively lead staff. Responsibility for writing and progress monitoring IEP's. Strong communication skills and organization. Willingness to involve parents in the educational process and consistently inform. Applicants MUST be able to from 7/3/24 and 7/8/24-8/16/24 with 7/4 off from 8:15 am-2:15 pm with a 30 minute lunch.
