The Ballston Spa Central School District is seeking a well-qualified, dynamic individual to lead our Wood Road Elementary School. The successful candidate will:Possess a strong knowledge of and experience with elementary curriculum, assessment, instruction and NYS standards.Possess a strong knowledge of and appreciation for the unique developmental needs of elementary students.Possess a deep understanding of special education programming, planning, scheduling and support.Possess strong communication skills; the ability to engage the Wood Road parents and community; and a non-negotiable advocacy for students and staff.
