Wood Road Elementary has an anticipated vacancy for a probationary teaching assistant. Candidate will push into classes or pull out students for small groups to support the teacher for instruction, actively monitoring students and assisting them with competing work; working with them in small groups settings whenever necessary, and collaborating with the teacher for instruction to help improve student skills in all academic areas including, but not limited to, the areas of reading, writing, and math.Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Teaching Assistant I with a minimum of 18 college creditsSalary: per BSATA contractPlease Upload: Letter of Interest, Updated Resume, Certification, Transcripts, and two (2) Letters of Reference.
