The Bedford Central School District is seeking a Tiered Support Leave Replacement Teacher for Mount Kisco Elementary School. Duration: 8/27/25 – 2/2/26Position Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years successful classroom experience;Extensive coursework in the fundamentals of reading instruction, including phonemic awareness, phonics, and language development;Training in structured literacy approach to teaching reading;Knowledge of K-5 skills progression in mathematics;Reading Certification and/or Dual Certification in Special Education a plusFluency in Spanish preferredBilingual Spanish speaking required Certification Required: NYS Certification Childhood Education; Bilingual Extension Preferred.Salary starting at $78,301 (prorated) commensurate upon experience.
