LEAVE REPLACEMENT 5 th GRADE TEACHER Anticipated Placement: JV Forrestal Elementary 5th Teacher Leave Replacement from 12/7/26 through 3/5/27 (anticipated) Requirements: NYS Certification in Elementary General Education required, Grades 1-6; Demonstrated and/or experience in the following are required: NYS Learning Standards and curriculum design, delivery, and assessment; Developmental Stages of Early Education; Effective, student centered classroom management strategies; Culturally responsive instructional practices for elementary classrooms; Integration of technology to plan, deliver, and assess student learning; Use of summative and formative student data to inform instructional decisions and student progress; Effective strategies for student and family engagement; Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills required. Experience teaching in an ICT setting is preferred. Compensation per BTA Contract
