The BCSD is seeking applicants for a 4th Grade Elementary Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year from August 30, 2023 - June 30, 2024:NYS Certification in Elementary General Education required, Grades 1 - 6;Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the following are required:NYS Learning Standards and curriculum design, delivery, and assessment;Developmental Stages of Early Education;Effective, student centered classroom management strategies;Culturally responsive instructional practices for elementary classrooms;Integration of technology to plan, deliver, and assess student learning;Use of summative and formative student data to inform instructional decisions and student progress;Effective strategies for student and family engagement;Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills required.
