Salary commensurate with experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Principal to establish and maintain a positive school culture that promotes academic achievement, social and emotional development and inclusivity.Lead all aspects of master scheduling processOversee Guidance/Counseling operations Collaborates with staff on all issues related to curriculum and instruction and encourages professional growth through new approaches and strategies of teachingSupervise and manage students and lead efforts in DASA (Dignity for All Students Act)Provide leadership and direction to staff with regard to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of educational programs.Coordinate all local, state, and college-based testing including: midterms, finals, Regents, field tests, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and AP exams Conduct observations of faculty and staff in accordance with APPRParticipate in recruitment, selection, scheduling, and ongoing supervision of staffMonitor student attendance and enforce attendance policyCoordinate all safety drills and supervise school security monitorsSupervise all extracurricular clubs and activitiesOversee daily substitute coverages Qualifications:NYS certification as a School Administrator or School Building LeaderProficiency in master scheduling techniques and software applications preferred.
