Psychologist Averill Park High School To begin July 1, 2026 Qualifications: NYS certified as a School Psychologist; Administer and interpret cognitive, social-emotional and behavioral assessments and complete psychological test reports based on test data; Work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals and other related service personnel to review and discuss progress; Provide day-to-day crisis intervention responses, as student needs arise; Collaborate with other support staff to provide responsive individual and building social/emotional interventions/programs; Attend CSE meetings as scheduled; Chair 504 meetings as scheduled; Participate in the HS SST team; Assist in the student-level master schedule build for students who are identified with 504s and/or IEPs; Demonstrated ability to work with staff and families; Must possess excellent communication skills.
