¨ Must be NYS certified in Special Education.¨ Experience working with students with significant social, emotional and behavioral needs.¨ Experience with FBA, Behavior Plans, BIPS and progress monitoring.¨ Ability to facilitate a team approach and problem solving.¨ Ability to provide guidance to teacher aides to best support student needs.¨ Must possess good communication skills and work well with families, service providers and supports. ¨ Must be self-motivated, organized and have an exceptional work ethic.
