The Auburn Enlarged City School District is accepting applications for a Groundskeeper position at the Harriet Tubman Building. The starting pay rate for a Groundskeeper position is $41,012 annually. Job duties will include: Mowing, raking, landscaping and lawn care, maintaining all athletic fields and areas, snow removal, automotive maintenance and operation of trucks, tractors, etc., and routine maintenance and custodial work during periods when not actually engaging in grounds keeping activities. Applicants can begin work after NYS Education Department fingerprint clearance (at a cost of $102 paid by the applicant) and Board of Education approval.
