The Auburn Enlarged City School District is seeking a NYSED certified special education candidate to lead the Day Treatment classroom. The starting salary ranges from $54,314 (with no master’s degree) to $56,084 (with master’s degree). Additional compensation will be given for graduate credit hours beyond the master’s degree. These programs offer individual and group counseling, family therapy, case management, medical management, and crisis intervention. Eligibility typically requires a mental health diagnosis and a referral from the school district’s Committee on Special Education. Included in this classroom are a Special Education Teacher, Teacher Assistant, Aide and mental health staff through Cayuga Counseling.
