The Arlington Central School District, a unique, culturally-diverse district with influences of urban, suburban and rural settings, is located in the Mid-Hudson region of Dutchess County, New York. Candidates must be highly-motivated school leaders with a demonstrated ability to impact student learning. Successful candidates must possess strong communication skills, a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive school culture. Responsibilities include supporting academic achievement, managing student discipline, overseeing staff development, and contributing to strategic planning and school operations. Candidates must have proven leadership experience and a passion for supporting students and educators in a high-performing environment.
