Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Special Education Teaching Assistant positions for the 2024-2025 school year at the following schools: Joseph D’Aquanni/West Road Intermediate SchoolTitusville Intermediate SchoolBeekman Elementary SchoolTraver Road Primary SchoolOverlook Primary SchoolArthur S. May SchoolNoxon Road Elementary SchoolVail Farm Elementary School We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals that have experience with students in a special class setting and/or have an interest working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Individuals that are willing to help students with toileting will receive a Health Aide Stipend (pro-rated). The District offers:Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or moreSome paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more. Access to Educator’s EAPOptional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension)Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000) Starting salary is approximately $15.60/hr. However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June. Anticipated positons will range in hours approximately 27.5 hours per week up to 35 hours per week.
