Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a Full Time Anticipated Probationary Music Teacher at our Union Vale Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year.The Arlington Central School District is seeking an experienced, energetic music educator to join the music program at Union Vale Middle School. Strong choral director skills are essential to conduct grade level choral ensembles, as well as piano skills for choral rehearsals. The position will also include general music classes as well as band lessons. We are searching for a dynamic music educator to help grow and expand the vocal music program with positive, strong interpersonal skills. This position requires a minimum NYS certification of Music.The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is essential. Candidates should understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and also be eager to demonstrate a genuine commitment to fostering these values. The Arlington Central School District has been recognized nationally with performances at national conferences and competitions as well as in New York State, and has achieved the highest ratings in festivals and adjudications.
