Arlington Central School District has a full time leave replacement opening Beginning on approximately September 27, 2023 through January 3, 2024 for an elementary band instrumental music teacher grades 4-5.In addition to extensive knowledge of instrumental music pedagogy and strong technology skills, the successful candidate will need strong organizational and time management skills, flexibility, and strong skills on the secondary band instruments. Job candidates should be prepared to work with students of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as students with exceptional needs This position includes teaching small group lessons and full ensemble 4th and 5th grade band rehearsals. The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and families is essential.
