Ardsley High School is seeing a Special Education Leave Replacement teacher effective immediately through January 30, 2026.Essential Performance ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with general education teachers to plan and deliver differentiated instruction in a co-teaching instructional environment and support students with IEP'sProvide targeted academic support, executive functioning strategies, and skill-based interventions aligned to student IEP goals in a Resource Room setting.Ensure IEP compliance and communication: monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and engage regularly with families, service providers, and school staff to support academic success.QualificationsNYS Students with Disabilities All Grades or SWD 7-12 certification is required.EducationBachelors from an accredited college or university in education applicable to teaching assignmentMasters degree preferredExperienceSuccessful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade level preferredComprehensive health insurance at a low premium and NYS Retirement System offered.
