The responsibilities include: Providing consistent instructional support by covering teacher absences throughout the school year.Following lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure continuity in student learning.Collaborating with full-time staff and administrators to maintain a positive and effective learning environment.This role requires flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt to various grade levels and subjects.
