The responsibilities include:Preparing and delivering engaging earth science lessons to students from different backgrounds, who all have different interests and abilitiesEstablishing and maintaining standards for behavior that foster student self-discipline and positive relationships among studentsDevelops, administers, and evaluates quality formative and summative assessments that reflect a balance of content knowledge and problem-solving skillsMonitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies and techniques for improved content deliveryMaintain appropriate documents on assessment of studentsCommunicate with parents/guardians of students QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification SWD 7-12 Certification; Earth Science Certification SALARY: ATA Contract
