Our faculty and staff are dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and lifelong learning.RESPONSIBLITIES:Collaborate with the principals to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance student achievement and school culture.Understand the principles of Restorative Practices, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.Coordinate academic programs, testing scheduling and assessment practices to meet the needs of diverse learners.Engage with parents, guardians and community stakeholders to foster positive partnerships and support student success. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Education or related field.Valid administrative certification SAS, SBLPrevious experience in educational leadership or administrationStrong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.Dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
