RESPONSIBLITIES:Oversee all school operations, including daily school activities, coordinate curriculum, manage staff and overall success of the school.Liaison between the school and the district leadership.Understand the principles of Restorative Practices, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.Engage with parents, guardians and community stakeholders to foster positive partnerships and support student success. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Education or related field.Valid administrative certification SAS, SBLPrevious experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably in a high school setting.Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.Dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
