We are looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide direct supervision of physical, occupational, and speech therapists across multiple sites. This leadership role is central to advancing program quality, compliance, and team productivity. Prepare staffing projections, staff requisitions, and budget planning. Monitor schedules for maximum productivity; analyze and report data. Produce reports, tables, and charts for department leaders and administrators. Facilitate LRE, push-in, and group service delivery models. Collaborate with QA Director to assess service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure IEP goals and objectives align with curriculum standards. Oversee ongoing compliance across sites through regular in-person visits. Lead planning efforts and drive advancement of programs and services. Qualifications: Clinical License - PT, OT, ST, or SPED is essential. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field. Must have supervisory experience. Computer Skills--Excel proficiency required.
